Cabo Bello · Cabo San Lucas
Four bedrooms, a dipping pool, and a rooftop facing the Arch.
Our family's villa sits behind the gate at Cabo Bello, a ten-minute walk above a cove that's good for swimming and better for snorkelling. Fifteen minutes from downtown and the marina — and quiet enough that you'll hear the fountain.
The house
Everyone in one room, then everyone in their own.
The kitchen, dining, and living rooms flow together into one big open space that looks out over the pool and the terrace, so there's always room for everyone to gather, whether someone's cooking, eating, or just stretched out on the couch. White walls, stone tile underfoot, and a long wooden table with room for a crowd — it's our family's home away from home, and it feels like one.
The kitchen is fully stocked — stainless appliances, real cookware, dishes for ten, a blender, a coffee maker, and triple-filtered drinking water. Air conditioning runs on separate thermostats so nobody argues about the temperature. There's Wi-Fi throughout, a workspace, a Roku TV, and a washer and dryer.

The rooftop
Coffee up here in the morning. The Arch at the end of the day.
It's our favourite part of the house. A big U-shaped outdoor sofa sits right out in the Cabo sunshine, with room for everyone to sprawl — coffee in the morning, a midday tan, a lazy afternoon in the sea breeze. The view runs out over the palms to Land's End and the Arch, where you'll want to watch the sunset every evening.
Between the rooftop, the pool terrace, the patio off the kitchen, and the bedroom balconies, there's enough outdoor room that ten people never feel like ten people.
Where you'll sleep
Four bedrooms, three of them ensuite.
Three bedrooms have their own bathroom. The fourth has a full bathroom immediately outside the door. Room-darkening shades, cotton linens, and ceiling fans in every room, with plenty of space to store whatever you bring.
Steps & access
The villa is on two levels and there are stairs throughout: about a dozen up from the street to the front door, a flight to the second floor, and an external staircase to the rooftop. There is no step-free route into or around the house, so it won't suit everyone. If stairs are a concern, ask us before you book and we'll tell you exactly what's involved.
Parking
There's a covered two-car carport at the house, made for everyday cars: a standard car pulls right in, and two fit with a little care. If you're planning on something taller or larger, like a full-size SUV or a van, send us a message before you book and we'll help you work out the best fit.
Cabo Bello
A private beach, and a quiet one.
Cabo Bello is a gated community with a guard at the front and good roads inside, relaxed enough that the kids can lead the way down to the water. The beach is a ten to twelve minute walk from the door: a sheltered, peaceful cove with clear water and real snorkelling, the kind of beach where you and your people can slow down and simply enjoy the day together. The water is typically calm, but there's no lifeguard on duty, so please swim with care and keep an eye on little ones.
Umbrellas, chairs, a cooler, and the rest of the beach gear live at the house. Borrow whatever you need for the day.
